ABOUT THE PROPHET
Prophet Kirabo Samuel is a faithful servant of God, known for his deep sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, unwavering obedience to divine instruction, and a prophetic voice marked by precision, authority, and compassion. His journey did not begin with ambition, but with divine calling, confirmation, and consistent surrender.
At the age of 18, he heard the voice of God call him into ministry. This was not an emotional decision, but a clear instruction from the Lord, setting him apart for kingdom work. By age 19, the Lord gave him a mandate to begin writing life-transforming books, starting with the Divine Realities series. His obedience to that early instruction birthed a stream of Spirit-inspired works, including the profound book “Who is God?” written while still in his early twenties.

A Life Marked by Prophetic Confirmation
Before stepping publicly into ministry, God confirmed His call on Prophet Kirabo Samuel through trusted and Spirit-led ministers:
One apostle, under a strong unction of the Spirit, repeatedly identified the prophetic mantle upon him, publicly declaring: “I cannot overlook this, what this young man carries is a strong prophetic anointing.”
Another minister, seeing him during fellowship, was deeply stirred and said: “I saw you in the Spirit healing the sick on a large platform. You carry a strong healing anointing.”
These prophetic affirmations echoed what the Spirit had already begun to reveal within him.
A Prophetic Sharp Shooter
Years later, an apostle from Rwanda encountered Prophet Kirabo Samuel through social media. Moved by the accuracy and power of a prophetic word he received, a word foretelling the birth of his baby boy, which came to pass, he called him a: “Prophetic Sharp Shooter.”
But the encounter didn’t end there. Shortly after, the Spirit revealed to the apostle that God was going to use Prophet Kirabo mightily while still young, a confirmation of earlier visions and divine communications that had followed him for years.
In time, others began to receive dreams and visions, seeing Prophet Kirabo sowing seeds on larger grounds clearly symbolizing the Word of God being planted across nations through his life and utterance.
Obedience in the Midst of Persecution
Like many genuine prophets, opposition and misunderstanding followed. The prophetic office is often the most resisted. Yet, through every season of challenge and persecution, Prophet Kirabo Samuel remained steadfast. Remarkably, some of those who once persecuted him later submitted to his influence, recognizing the undeniable presence and power of God at work in him.
What seemed “too much” for someone so young became a testimony of divine grace and a clear sign that it was not human strength but God with him.
A Voice for the Nations
Today, Prophet Kirabo Samuel stands as the founder and leader of Wells of Utterance Global Ministries a Spirit-led movement raised for such a time as this. Through teaching, writing, prophecy, Divine healing, prayer, and kingdom leadership, his life continues to bless individuals, churches, and nations.
He speaks as the Spirit gives utterance, not seeking to impress, but to reveal what the Father is saying. His passion is to see hearts transformed, nations awakened, and the Body of Christ aligned with the perfect will of God.
